Return policy

Not happy with your order? No worries, here’s how we handle refunds:

  1. Eligibility: You’ve got 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. No exceptions.

  2. How to Request a Refund: Email us at amavaper@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Easy as that.

  3. Refund Process: Once we get the product back and inspect it, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you’ll get your money back in 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: E-liquids, opened products, and sale items are non-refundable. We don’t do refunds on anything that’s been used or tampered with. Play fair.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for paying return shipping unless we screwed something up.
